An exciting history that is still reflected in many parts of the resort today – including our five accommodation buildings: partly witnesses to the past, contemporary representatives and pioneers of the future.

What they all have in common is the natural flair with fine wooden elements, a wonderful balcony or terrace as well as the colourful culinary potpourri and the luxury of the largest and most beautiful hotel-owned thermal spa in the Bavarian spa triangle.

Our houses
Stylishly elegant
The rooms in our main building are furnished in rustic spruce wood and decorated in a sophisticated style. Chivalrous retro flair with a pleasant room climate, beds at a comfortable height and a marvellous view. Our Roederer rooms and suites are a particular highlight with their elegant charm, fine oak floors and west-facing balcony with garden views and wonderful evening sun.
Furthermore in the Wappen House: Reception, source of health, conference room, fitness room, underground parking, the new 1846 Restaurant with lakeside terrace, and the OZ Bar as well as the quickest access to Ortner’s Thermenwelt.
Cosy and snug
Embedded between Wappen House, Linde organic house, and Ortner’s Thermemwelt is our Therme House with the Zwitscherstüble lounge.
These rooms and suites inspire with their cosiness factor and high quality of sleep thanks to spacious beds at a comfortable height and mattresses that are easy on the spinal discs. Oak floors and the reddish shimmering cherry wood also conjure up a cosy living ambience with a great view.
Intensively relaxing
In these retreat rooms, you will be greeted by the characteristic resinous, spicy scent of Swiss stone pine. Look forward to a particularly regenerating and sleep-promoting room climate with bedding for allergy sufferers. The beautiful panoramic balcony also supports the intensive relaxation flair and in the suites you can expect cosy seating and in some cases also tiled stoves. Perfect for relaxing…
An above-ground connecting corridor leads you to the Therme House and further to Ortner’s Thermenwelt.

A relaxation room with waterbeds, a private parking space directly in front of the house, as well as an elevator in the villa guarantee a carefree and relaxing stay. Our barrier-free Villa Sophia is directly connected to Ortner’s Thermenwelt.

Thermenwelt - our thermal spa
In our unique world of well-being, everything revolves around the hotel’s own, almost odourless sulphur thermal spring – a gift of nature. A bubbling treasure that springs up not far from the hotel grounds and forms the centrepiece of our resort. A jewel, surrounded by many colourful gemstones, a multifaceted beauty, wellness and culinary spectrum.
