First opened in 2014, taken over by tenant Johann Salzberger in 2025: For over ten years, guests have been enjoying a very special atmosphere in the inn in Bad Füssing, created by lots of old wood, mainly from Bavarian and Tyrolean mountain pastures.
Whether inside in the lovingly furnished dining rooms on the ground floor of the historic building – from the Bräustüberl to the Zirbelstube – or on the Franz Ortner terrace of our rustic restaurant in Bad Füssing: you are sure to find the right favourite spot for you.

Der Wirt z’Füssing by Johann Salzberger will be open for you again from March 12, 2025, at 3:30 PM.
After the reopening on March 12, 2025, the opening hours will be as follows:
- Monday to Friday: 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- Saturday and Sunday: 11:30 AM – 11:00 PM
