Everything you need to know for your stay

Classification: Our Ortner’s Resort has been classified as a 5-star hotel.

Rooms:
All rooms are non-smoking rooms, handicapped-accessible rooms are bookable if required. The rooms in the Linde Organic House are suitable for allergy sufferers. To the rooms

Check-in / Check-out: Your room is available on arrival day from 3:00 pm,
and until 10:30 am on your departure day.

Parking: We have a free-of-charge underground car park as well as additional parking spaces at the house.

Reception:
The reception is located in Haus Wappen and is staffed 24 hours a day, at night by a security service.

Shop: You can buy small gifts and souvenirs in our shop at the reception in the main building.

Pets: We ask for your understanding that dogs and other pets are not allowed in the Ortner’s Resort.

Conference room: We have a bright conference room in the basement of the Wappen House.

Prices: The listed Euro prices are per person/night and include the gourmet half-board with a 7-course evening menu. To the prices

Prices in our house anger include the breakfast buffet. Dinner (7-course menu) as part of gourmet half board can only be booked on site at reception and is subject to availability.

Visitor’s tax: In addition to the listed prices, the local visitor’s tax is charged extra on behalf of the municipality of Bad Füssing. This depends on the season

New Year’s Eve: There is a minimum stay of 7 nights when staying over New Year’s Eve.

Room requests: A confirmation of fixed room numbers, floors, or tables in the restaurant is not possible. However, we will gladly accept your requests and make every effort to fulfill them. We will confirm the category in the booking confirmation.

Payment: We accept cash, EC-Maestro card, Mastercard, Amex and Visa, Payment must be made on the day of departure at the latest.

Cancellation of booking: The following periods apply unless otherwise stated on your booking confirmation. Should you cancel your booking, we grant you a free period until 24 hours before the scheduled date of arrival. After that, the following cancellation fees will apply:

Breakfast: An abundant breakfast buffet with a show-cooking station for egg dishes awaits you in the Restaurant 1846 with lakeside terrace (opening in winter 2020). Breakfast time: daily 07:00 – 10:30 am
In the afternoon (daily from 12:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.) in our SPA bistro in Restaurant 1846 you can enjoy fine, light wellness cuisine à la carte as well as delicious cakes and tarts from our in-house patisserie (not included).

Here you can sit comfortably in your bathrobe.

The 7-course gourmet menu includes:

*Greetings from the kitchen
*arranged a cold or warm starter at the buffet – please help yourself
*a salad buffet rich in vitamins with a variety of leaf salads, dressed salads & delicious spreads

*various main courses to choose from (fish/meat/vegetarian/regional)

At the end you can look forward to a fine selection of cheeses (mild, spicy & spicy).
In addition, various mustard sauces, grapes and chutneys from the buffet.

We serve the soup, the selected main course and the dessert between 5:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Last order: 8:45 p.m

Our DRESSCODE at Restaurant 1846 for dinner:
Ladies: sporty/elegant (e.g. simple top, blouse, dress, long trousers)
Men: sporty/elegant (e.g. shirt, polo shirt, closed-toe shoes, long pants)

On our beautiful lake terrace with a view of the biotope and the garden, you are welcome to end your day with us at Ortner’s Resort from 5.30 p.m. to midnight before or after dinner, with a cocktail or a glass of wine.

Deduction without half board: If you do not wish to take advantage of the evening menu, we grant a credit of € 20,- per person and overnight stay. This credit can be redeemed in the new Restaurant 1846 during the day, as well as in the à la carte restaurant Wirt z’Füssing and the Vinothek “Zur Weinpress”. This credit cannot be paid out in cash, can only be redeemed by you during your stay and cannot be deducted from the hotel bill. Please note that this credit will expire upon departure.

Wirt z’Füssing with terrace: The Bavarian restaurant serves regional specialties à-la-carte – lovingly prepared in high-quality especially for you.

Opening hours: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday: 11.00 a.m. – 10.00 p.m. // Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday closed.”Zur Weinpress” Vinothek: Our wine bar with a large selection of wines and small dishes. Opening hours: daily 05:00 to 11:00 pm // Closed on Sundays and Mondays.

OZ Hotel bar from winter 2020: The new hotel bar, exclusively for our hotel guests, is located in the new Restaurant 1846.
Opening hours: from noon to 04:30 pm and 05:30 pm to 12:00 am. At lunch, you can order an Aperol Spritz to go with a light lunch.

Grander water is available throughout the house – i.e. water with a revitalized and thus improved water structure. Taste the Grander water at the Grander water drinking fountain in the sauna area and at every tap in the room.
Grander water served at the table during dinner by our employees and served in a fine glass carafe, for a fee. The respective prices can be found on the current drinks menu at the table.

Ortner’s Thermal spa world: The largest and most beautiful hotel-owned thermal spa in the spa triangle.

6 thermal pools: Outdoor pool, thermal indoor event pool, thermal exercise pool, sky brine infinity pool, sky thermal whirlpool. With 100,000 liters of spring fresh healing water daily from the original spring. (Therme 1).
